Our commitment:

We will provide you with a safe enviroment that complies with guidelines issued by government and our local authority

Our premises:

We have undertaken a thorough review of our Public House and services.

We have rearranged the premises space to adhere to Social Distancing guidelines.

Every surface will be cleaned regularly, and tables wiped with the appropriate sanitizer before every booking.

Disposable PPE will be available for all staff where appropriate.

We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the premises with doors and windows open where possible.

We may adjust opening hours depending on supply and demand.

Our team:

Will greet you warmly but without a handshake or a hug.

All of our team members have been trained to care for our customers in a Safe, Hygienic and Professional manner.

We have discussed fully the social distancing measures with all our team.

Staff have been briefed to not attend the premises if they have a temperature or are feeling unwell or if any person in their household is unwell or self-isolating.

Our services:

We have reviewed our services and made changes, please abide by these changes.

Please accept that face to face contact between our staff and customers will be kept to a minimum.

Toilets – Please note it is one in/one out at all times.

We ask that payment is made by card or cashless means where possible.

Follow guidelines displayed around the building.

Do not approach the bar unless advised to do so.

Please be respectful to others not in your group and keep your distance.

You will be shown to your table ASAP to avoid any congestion in high traffic areas.

We ask you, our customers, to:

Use Hand sanitizer when entering the building and please arrive on-time for your reservation so that we can maximize social distancing.

Handle as little as possible in the premises while you are with us and if you are accompanied by children please do not allow them to run around.

Not to bring Prams and Push Chairs into the building.

We  also ask you to note that pre-booking is preferred; whilst walk-ins will be permitted they will be of a limited number and on a strictly first come first served basis.

We reserve the right to amend or adjust these guidelines based on Government policy and any new research to protect the safety of our staff and customers.
